Software audit & technical roadmap
Before you invest more in an existing product, understand what you have. We examine the software and explain where it holds up, where it needs attention and which changes are worth making first.
An audit can help when development slows, a supplier changes or the team is unsure whether the platform can support growth. Review the agreed areas of code and architecture, including performance, deployment and maintainability where relevant. Talk to the people working with the system, too.
The client should leave with evidence they can use: strengths to preserve, prioritized findings and a phased improvement plan with estimates of effort, impact and risk. Specialist security testing and certification require separate expertise and scope, as does a legal compliance assessment.
